These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between don55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the don55 website, mobile interface, or any associated services (collectively, "the Service").

don55 is an English-language online betting and casino platform designed with Pakistani users in mind. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

don55 does not claim to hold any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Where international licensing applies, details are provided separately by the operator. No licence numbers are fabricated within these Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the don55 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's Account, denominated in the account currency (which may be displayed in PKR / Pakistani Rupees for Pakistani users).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, or other available market via the Service.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or non-withdrawable incentive credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required prior to withdrawal and, in certain circumstances, prior to account activation.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a User from personal funds, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of staked funds that a casino game is designed to return to players over an extended play period.
• "Service" means the don55 website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, and all associated features and content.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum turnover (total bets placed) required before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on don55, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction. Access is strictly prohibited to individuals below the applicable minimum age.
2. You are accessing the Service as an individual, not on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
3. You hold only one Account on the don55 platform. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cool-off period, or exclusion imposed by don55 or any associated gambling management scheme.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
6. You are not a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law at the time of accessing the Service.

Registration requires the accurate provision of personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and country of residence. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

don55 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include, but is not limited to: government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, and payment method verification. Failure to complete satisfactory KYC within a specified timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. don55 will not request your password through any channel. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. don55 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one Account. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction — including the use of different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — will be treated as a violation of these Terms. don55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the relevant user.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by don55 and registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. don55 references familiar Pakistani payment rails — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of commonly known methods. don55 does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or partner with online gambling operations. Method availability is subject to change without notice and depends on the operator's compliance requirements.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. don55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method, verification status and the operator's internal review cycle. Specific processing timeframes are displayed within the platform and are subject to change.

5.3 Currency

Account balances and transaction amounts may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Currency conversion rates applicable to deposits and withdrawals are determined by the operator and are displayed at the time of transaction. don55 is not responsible for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum single-transaction limits are specified within the payment section of the platform. These figures are subject to change and may vary by payment method, account tier and applicable regulatory requirements.

The following general principles apply to all bets placed via don55. Sports-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

don55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: suspected match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns; obvious pricing errors; system errors or technical faults; or where the placement of such a bet would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default, with fractional and moneyline formats available where supported. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the confirmed odds for that wager, subject to the operator's applicable in-running and pre-match rules. don55 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors.

6.3 Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. For cricket, this includes ICC-recognised rulings, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments and official match result declarations. Settlement may be delayed where a result is under review or subject to official inquiry.

6.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided where: an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned and does not conclude within a period specified in the applicable sports rules; there is a clear and demonstrable pricing error; or where the bet would otherwise result in a breach of applicable law or these Terms. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's balance.

don55 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, refer-a-friend credits, birthday bonuses and other incentive schemes ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer.

• Each Promotion is available once per eligible player unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each Promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Certain game categories (e.g., table games, live casino titles) may contribute at a lower rate — or not at all — toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are stated per Promotion.
• don55 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any Promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be given.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of pricing errors to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• PKR amounts referenced in Promotions (e.g., PKR 2,000 birthday bonus, PKR 1,000 referral credit) are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as current live offers by the operator.

don55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all account holders and their use is actively encouraged:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration alerts and automatic session end times.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the platform. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

Requests to decrease limits, end cool-off periods early, or reverse self-exclusion are subject to mandatory review periods. don55 reserves the right to decline requests to lift restrictions where doing so would not be in the player's best interest.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under the applicable minimum age.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or participating in multiple accounts on the same platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or market.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the Service.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Attempting to circumvent restrictions, blocks or self-exclusion measures applied to your account.
• Using the Service for any purpose prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

All content available through the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content and trademarks — is the property of don55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content or software forming part of the Service without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, don55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service due to technical fault, maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from currency exchange rate fluctuations;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to protect credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics or data displayed on the Service.

don55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

don55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion, including where:

• There is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms;
• Account activity indicates fraudulent, collusive or otherwise prohibited conduct;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed at our initiative and no breach of these Terms is found, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the account holder via a verified payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure resulting from a Terms violation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending bets, KYC obligations or outstanding charges at the time of the closure request.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which don55 holds its applicable operating licence. Details of the specific licensing jurisdiction are available from the operator upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits or restricts the rights available to consumers under the mandatory applicable laws of their country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that this Agreement does not constitute an acknowledgement by don55 that use of the Service is lawful under Pakistani law, nor does it constitute legal advice.

don55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
