Loss Limits

Session Time Limits
Set a maximum session duration for each visit. When your time is up, you will receive a clear on-screen alert. You can also configure automatic session end times that log you out after a defined period, regardless of activity — ideal for late-night play during PSL or ICC matches.
Cool-Off Periods
Request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cool-off period, your account is inaccessible for gambling, though you can still log in to request withdrawal of any remaining balance. Cool-off periods cannot be shortened once active.
Self-Exclusion
Request a long-term or permanent self-exclusion from don55. Options range from 6 months to 5 years, or permanent. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the active period — this is a firm protection, not a soft toggle. Promotional communications are ceased immediately.
Reality Check Reminders

Understanding Each Limit Type
Daily Deposit Limit
Caps the total amount you can deposit within a 24-hour rolling period. Once reached, no further deposits are processed until the period resets. Example: PKR 2,000/day.
Weekly Deposit Limit
Caps cumulative deposits over a 7-day rolling period. Useful for players who prefer weekly budgeting rather than daily monitoring. Example: PKR 10,000/week.
Monthly Deposit Limit
The highest-level deposit cap, covering a full 30-day rolling period. Recommended as a baseline for all players. Example: PKR 25,000/month.
Loss Limit

Session Time Limit

What Happens When You Self-Exclude
